Take a Stateliner Bus from Adelaide to Port Augusta and then rent a car to get to Rawnsley Park Station. Journey time between Adelaide and Port Augusta is approximately five hours.
Rent a car from Port Augusta. Rawnsley Park YHA is 136 kilometres from Port Augusta. It should take approximately two hours to get there. Alternatively, you can drive direct from Adelaide - a distance of 576 kilometres, which will take about five hours.

The Rawnsley Park Station YHA comprises cabins in the Caravan Park. Everything needed was provided in the cabin, the amenities block was excellent, the staff were friendly and the location superb.

Good Dinner at Royal Family Hotel/ Pub in Town. Had a salad bar and very friendly staff. Coffee and a honey finger at the local bakery was delicious. Town is very happily situated. Nice old buildings.
