"Lovely hotel in a nice location. Staff very friendly. Ideal location for vineyards and tours- wine tour through hostel very good. A lot of people were staying in hostel long term for work, so it seemed quite clique. This was not a problem, as we were travelling as a couple and only stayed 2nights. Brewery with tour 2minutes walk from hostel- very good!!"

"Great hostel in a great location, right near all the wineries. Very friendly service. We stayed in a private room with a bathroom, it was small and simple, but clean, all we needed. TIP - enjoying a wine on the hostel balcony overlooking the vines is a beautiful way to prepare for a night out!"

"Lovely boutique YHA, room a bit basic (no reading light or storage in double room), but gorgeous location, friendly staff and lovely verandah for sitting in the sun enjoying the view. Would be much better if NO SMOKING anywhere in/outside building, eg on said verandah!plenty of grounds away from communal outdoor eating area adjacent to kitchen for the smokers to go."

"Very enjoyable stay. We especially enjoyed the wine tour. Our only concern is that there was only one communal space in which the TV was on most of the time, which we found to be a real conversation killer."

"Great find. Beautiful setting, easy walk to great pub. Wineries easily accessible by car just up the road or by the reasonable coach transfer ($20 return). The pool was wonderful to cool off. Fans have now been installed in the bedrooms. Helpful friendly staff. Kangaroo in the vineyard added to the chill out mood on the nice shady verandah. And it sure beats price tag of winery accommodation."
