"Fcilities are good, but I had a bad start, which perhaps changed my stay. I was expecting to be collected - emailed twice the day before to confirm this. Waited over an hour at the bus stop, then walked (had no map, as wasnt prepared). On arrival, they didnt even realise. I mentioned I was expecting a pick-up, no apology whatsoever."
