It was good, bit cold so hard to say how the atmosphere is when it's a bit hotter. It looked good though, clean room and very friendly staff!

Take a dolphin/whale cruise. Go on 4WD trip, try quad biking, sandboarding, surfing, diving and snorkeling. Discover the National Park by walking or cycling, visit the wineries, go horse riding, sea kayaking and fishing.
If you are after nightlife other than the wildlife kind, and perhaps a night around the campfire, then you will need to head to Nelson Bay (5km away), which has numerous clubs, pubs and restaurants.

What a dream location. One Mile Beach at sundown is so beautiful. Shoal Bay a great daytime resort. Sand boarding at Biribi beach was an experience I won't forget. Amazing scenery all around. And 3 koala sightings in the wild!
