"hi travelers,i stayed at terrigal yha and i love it,the area is awsome and quite,nice beaches,lots of place to go out,i would much rather to stay there then in sydney,and most important the staff are very friendly,almost like being at home or even better,no hassles from anybody in the staff and they are helpfull,internet and surfboards are free,definetley the best backpackers that i stayed in oz!"

"I have stayed in many YHA in Australia and New Zealand. This is the worst YHA I've ever come across. The walls are paper thin, so it's very noisy. We couldn't get a good night's rest. The bathrooms are dirty. The only good thing is its close proximity to Terrigal beach and the shops. It's not worth the money we paid for a twin room. I would rather spend my money in a more expensive motel or hotel."

"Matt the Hostel manager was amazing even down to giving everyone staying at the hostel a lift to Erina for a Saturday night out. The place was thoroughly cleaned every day, you could use surf boards for free and Matt was constantly available when we needed information about places to go and things to see. Overall great time had."
