"Its the best hostel in Sydney!!!! You walk out the doors and 20 seconds later you are on the beach. What more do you want? The services and facilities in and around the hostel are tremendous. Close to the arms, close to DY RSL, close to the Warringah Mall, Manly."

"Comfortable and friendly. A stones throw from the beach and the ocean baths. The first floor dining area and kitchen, next to the roof top pool, were spacious and clean."

"Great atmosphere in this hostel, it is spacious and a good location for the northern beaches. However, the kitchen was not that clean and the fact that you had to hire kitchen sets was annoying. Also mind the step up into the kitchen!! The best thing about the hostel were the nice friendly staff and the location is great as long as you dont mind waiting ages for a bus."

"1st night.my room was just near the lift where people thought it ok to stand outside my door and speak loudly on mobiles this went on all hours. Then add a fire alarm at 12am and then again at 1 am . It meant no sleep that night. Moved to a 'quiet' room and a 4 person loud conversation next room starting 12am and a 'talk' on the mobile outside my door 5.30am which woke me again- Never again!"

"The only problem we had was with one of the bathrooms - one of the toilets seemed blocked and one of the hot water pipes under the vanity seemed to be leaking water on the floor. Apart from this our stay was awesome and we will definitely be back very soon."

"Absolutely brilliant location, has great resources, easy to get to from central Sydney. Equally easy to explore other lovely northern beaches from Collaroy via the main bus routes. Has a family room which would be ideal for country folk as well."

"I shared a 4 bed room with private bathroom with friends while we stayed in Collaroy for a nearby wedding. Our room was generally clean and spacious. The location is great, right next to the beach and on the bus line, and the staff were helpful. 50 mins by bus to central Sydney though. Facilities were good and great value for money. We would stay here again!"
