"Hostel is in a good location for the beach and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hostel was one of the dirtiest I have come across in 8 months of travelling. While there for 2 nights the male bathroom was not cleaned at all. The floors in the dorms were also dirty. Kitchen cleanliness was average at best."

"is a 20th century hostel, needs to be updates into 21st century. looks tired and not up to YHA standards compared to other I have stayed at. I liked the TV room and the kitchen area with free pool table. The locations is good aswell, close to rail station, shops. I disliked the smoking in the laundry area, the fact that doors did not lock and the fact that the staff let people be noisey all night"

"Very noisy. Half the nights people were screaming in the hallway. The rooms are smelly, the mattresses bad. The kitchen is ok though and the staff helpful. Not a very nice stay, but the only affordable option in the area."

"One of the best hostels I've stayed in Australia thus far. The staff here and super friendly and more than willing to help you find a place to work. The Hostel is kept in fairly clean condition and theres a FREE safe included in all the lockers so you can have that extra sense of security for those extra valuables you want secure. Very good location, close to the Cronulla Esplanade and ocean."

"The hostel in Cronulla is one of the best that I have stayed at. The hostel might seem a bit on the ragged side at first, but the staff, social atmosphere in the hostel, and location are fantastic. Mike, the owner, works the front desk and sometimes comes out to the courtyard for drinks in the evening. When I stayed in Sydney, I spent the most nights in this hostel."

"A great place to stay! Staff are super helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond to help you out. Has all the amenities close by, and a well large well stocked kitchen, complete with pool table and internet. A good vibe, residents are friendly, many of which have been there for a while working on jobs organised though the hostel. Safe and secure. Probably the best place we've stayed in 5 months!"
