"This is a good hostel, unless you are unfortunate enough to have a room on the lowest level. It is below a school group room and for those of us below it sounded like World War 3 had started--noisy all night long. Something needs to be done about it !!"

"We stayed a year ago recommended the hostel to all, will be more careful now as we noticed the sheets and towels getting holes and threads on edges dirt on carpets, which we thought could have been cleaned. We felt that not enough was being done to keep up the original standards. Perhaps due to ignorance on how to clean /no supervisor? No option to check out of room late even for a partial payment"

"Fantastic hostel! Would become a permanent resident there if it was less expensive. The 24 hour open kitchen area is phenomenal! With 4 stations, 8 people can cook at the same time! Private, separeted shower and toilet in all dorms. Big lockers with outlets inside. Lamp and outlets over beds. Very clean facilities! Amazing view from roofgarden over Sydney Harbour! Cant get any better!"

"Excellent facilities, hotel standard en suite bathrooms, spacious rooms and lockers, good atmosphere - loved the chill out music rather than the usual more current stuff, great location with views of bridge and Opera House. Will stay here again whenever I'm in Sydney."

"This hostel seemed more like a hotel ... glass showers and all. It set the bar pretty high for other hostels, so be prepared to not have the same high class feel in other hostels after staying at this one. Loved it and wished all hostels were like this one."
