"Very good facilities. Down side, not very much room to eat at table. Excellent, as fridges in every room and rooms a good size. No lockers though in rooms. Staff brilliant, can't help enough. Very good position for those without transport. Good bus system too for outlying activities. I would recommend this hostel, have been here over a week now."

"Well, I read the comments before about that hostel, so I didn't expect luxury, but hostel definitely requires a renovation. Among positives,I would say was air-conditioning working properly and the fridge inside the room. Negatives, the overall condition of all facilities."

"Stayed at this YHA for 9 nights during the end of November 2011. Great location, friendly staff and good value for money. Pretty basic but you get what you pay for. Overall i had a great time and would probably stay there again. Thanks!"

"The hostel is in a great spot on Mitchell st. A short walk from the parties but long enough to have a relaxing day. The pool is a great get away from the humidity that is Darwin."
