This hostel is in the heart of the Sunshine Coast offering beaches, lush sub-tropical rainforests and scenic hinterland views. Maroochydore YHA is the closest hostel to Australia Zoo with a free bus to the zoo and Underwater World daily and Eumundi Markets on Saturday. Dive HMAS Brisbane and watch the whales from June to November. Other activities include kayaking, kiteboaring, jet skiing and the cheapest tandem skydive at 12,000 ft.
