"Very nice place to stay. Good facilities (I was in double private). The only disadvantage was the view to the car park and lack of possibility to steer the air-conditioning in a way that most suit the customer (it is steered centrally by the staff). Close to public transport and entertainment area. Big common room and clean kitchen. Tea and coffee free of charge, mugs available."

"I found the overall experience at the Adelaide Central YHA to be extremely positive and relaxing. This was my first time in a YHA and pretty much my first extended time in Adelaide. I came over from Victoria primarily to watch the cricket and generally for a short holiday. The location is central enough that I could walk where I wanted , including to Gouger St for a great variety of Asian cuisine"

"Reallly good hostel - breakfast option is good too. Just some of the rooms were really hot, seemed that some had air con and others did not. Also, it's not worth booking trips in advance through tour companies as they can sort it all for you at the hostel and it is cheaper."

"Stayed in a 6-bed dorm which was clean and spacious enough. Large lockers in the room and (thank god) AC. There is a lot of space and enough cuttlery in the kitchen and a huge lounge to chill out. Nicely located to city center and supermarket. Always like to stay there because staff is very friendly and helpful!"

"Fantastic hostel. Very clean, with nice facilities. Big lockers in room. Air conditioned even on really hot days making it easy to sleep. Rooms with secure key card access. Shared facilities - tv rooms, reading rooms, kitchen all well kept. One of the nicest hostels I've stayed at."
