"The hostel is clean, well run and looked after. Gill and his wife could not have been more helpful after we had a spot of car trouble on our way down to Apollo Bay. Its a great base to explore the GOR with lots with a few hour drive or just sit and enjoy Apollo bay and surrounds. Plenty of parking and lots of kitchen and communal space."

"Great hostel! Very roomy kitchens, lounges, TV room. I met a woman in the bathroom who didn't like the music being played from the speakers in the ceiling, but I quite liked it myself. Roomy shared bedrooms (I was in a 4-bed female dorm), but they lack personality I think. Maybe the grey walls give it a bit of a clinical atmosphere."

"This hostel was excellent in its location. Room was very clean, comfortable and secure - what more could you want? The cooking/dining/in-house leisure facilities were the best I have ever seen. I really couldnt fault this place. Would recommend this place to anyone staying at Apollo Bay."
