V/Line buses depart from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Phillip Island frequently each day. The hostel is located 10 metres from the bus stop at Newhaven Service Station.
Phillip Island is a 90 minute drive from Melbourne. Take the Monash Hwy (M1) to Cranbourne exit, then South Gippsland Hwy (M420) to Bass Hwy (A420). Follow to San Remo. The hostel is just across the bridge onto Phillip Island in The Big Wave complex on the left.

stylish, modern, purpose-built backpacker hostel offers funky comfortable

There’s a great café next door for
breakfast and lunch. Accommodation includes multi-share and family rooms, some
with ensuites, and group accommodation.
Home to the famous nightly parade of Little Penguins, Phillip Island
also offers a host of other attractions and events. The island’s natural beauty
and laid back lifestyle makes it the perfect place to relax. Visit the Koala
Conservation Centre, walk deserted beaches, explore the rugged coastline or
take a wildlife cruise. The island is also famous for its events including
motor sport and music festivals.
