"YHA Perth is located just next to the city centre and the supermarkets are next door. The train and bus stations are conveniently located. The staff is courteous and excellent. This was my first experience of stay at YHA and I would like to stay again at YHA. Thanks for the nice holidays."

"The shower heads in the girls bathroom on the second floor could do with a repair and some decalcification. The rooms on the back are very noisy, due to the train track located at about 20 m."

"Value for money. Everything are great except the security part, which I thing is out of YHA's control. I lost my cereal in just few minutes placing it inside the kitchen. If YHA allows to transfer booking between hostel between city/town, that would be perfect."

"Great location, handy to train and bus and the CAT buses. Cafe is good as are the kitchen facs. Pool area is very pleasant on a hot day. Our room was on the ground floor close to reception so was quite noisy as all sound carried. We moved to level 1 which was much better."

"Very convenient to get around city area; not so noisy as expected; staff are friendly and helpfu and great security. The only problem is that there is limited room service (they only empty the bin). In genreal, the price of $110 per room is worthwhile to come again!"

"Perfect location! Would have liked to have been told where things were on arrival, i.e kitchen is 2nd floor blah blah. but when I asked for information it was forthcoming. There are a few areas for people to congregate but it's not a 'cosy' hostel. Pub is tiny. I also think its unfair to say that people cannot drink alcohol from outside just because there is a pub onsite."
