After a pick-up at the Sydney Central YHA, the day with "Boutique Wine Tours" starts by driving over the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge heading towards the beautiful Hunter Valley region.

You'll visit up to 6 wineries. 3 or 4 for formal tastings, with a chance to add more tastings of wine, cheese, olives, or chocolate throughout the day.
