There is only one HI/YHA Rome Hostel. It is conveniently located close to Termini, Rome’s central train station and is also accessible via bus, tram and metro.
It is approximately a half hour’s walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and fashionable Via Veneto.
This 70-bed hostel is open 24 hours. It has air-conditioned six-bed dorm rooms with shared bathrooms. Check in any time, grab a free city map and leave your luggage for free while you head off to explore. Or, take advantage of a walking tour, to familiarise yourself.
The hostel’s friendly staff are all backpackers themselves so can offer you plenty of budget-friendly advice on where to eat and what to see and do.
The hostel is safe, with key-card access for its guests and lockers in all dorm rooms (BYO padlock).
