I only stayed one night and had dinner at the Rose Hotel which is an old establishment. Walked down to the waterfront where there were a number of bars and restaurants.
The information office is well stocked with brochures etc but the lady we spoke to was not very forthcoming with advice.
Spend 2 days and 2 nights in Margaret River soaking up the region's best surf, finest wineries and breweries.
A fabulous tour experiencing some of Western Australia's natural treasures. Walk through the Ancient Empire, a remarkable pocket of Tingle Forest, climb Diamond Tree Lookout and the enjoy the Tree Top Walk - a 600 meter long elevated walkway through the forest canopy reaching up to 40m above ground.
