Clean, nice wood fire in the living room area. Large, well equipped kitchen. The manager was in attendance to greet me despite the late hour of my arrival. Overall a very positive experience.

We were here in winter season so quiet but great service from Johnny. Useful information about what to see and do. Great log fire on cold nights.

I came for one night, I stayed for more than a week! Clean, quiet, and comfortable -- it's great. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are clean, and the people are great.

A relaxed and friendly atmosphere and superb views make Augusta YHA a great location from which to explore the Augusta/Margaret River region. Swim at pristine beaches, taste wine from local vineyards, climb mainland Australia's tallest lighthouse, explore amazing caves and forests, watch whales on their annual migration, kitesurf on the Blackwood River, get up close with huge stingrays at Hamelin Bay and watch the sunset over two oceans at the truly awesome Cape Leeuwin.
Watch the sunset "where two oceans meet". Explore amazing caves, swim at pristine beaches, interact with stingrays at Hamelin Bay, taste wine at local vineyards, climb mainland Australia's tallest lighthouse, whale watching (June-Sept).
