This hostel is a gorgeous old workman's house with loads of character and excellent facilities including a wood fire. I definitely recommend staying in this cosy hostel.

Excellent, very clean and comfortable atmosphere. I loved the fireplace and appreciated the firewood all ready to go. It was warm and homey.

Lovely outlook from Room 3. Very rural quaint location in the centre of town. Only 3 rooms. Very well equipped. Walking distance to the pub!

Efficient and honest - the staff having kept and returned to me a very important part of my equipment, that I'd left behind.

Pemberton YHA, the only hostel in town, is situated in an original mill house cottage, that has been fully refurbished with modern kitchen and bathroom, wood fire, a deck out the back with a gas barbeque. The hostel is perfectly situated near the town centre, close to the bus stop and walking distance to all local shops and attractions. Pemberton has magnificent tall karri trees, pristine forests, walking trails, bike tracks, wild rivers and exquisite landscapes; a truly memorable place.
Whether its summer or winter, there are a multitude of activities in Pemberton and the Pemberton YHA is the perfect base. Hike along trails in the Giant Karri Forest, climb the Gloucester Tree, swim the Big Brook Dam, 4WD the D'Entrecasteaux National Park, catch marron or fish for trout. Watch the sunset sitting on your veranda while sipping a delicate local wine.
Small selections of restaurants and a bar
200 metres from the hostel.
Pemberton is small but pretty. Didn't really experience much as it was just a stop over but the local mountain bike trails look pretty good!
Experience the best of the Margaret River Region. Spend a day enjoying the sights and flavors of the South West including Busselton Jetty, Mammoth Cave, Augusta, Margaret River Wineries and a Boutique Brewery.
A fabulous tour experiencing some of Western Australia's natural treasures. Walk through the Ancient Empire, a remarkable pocket of Tingle Forest, climb Diamond Tree Lookout and the enjoy the Tree Top Walk - a 600 meter long elevated walkway through the forest canopy reaching up to 40m above ground.
