Bus:Our hostel in Sydney is 150 metres to coach terminal, located on Eddy Ave. 50 metres to city bus terminals at Railway Square.
Train: 50 metres to Central Station entrance. Follow the Railway Square YHA signs in the station to the YHA Hostel.
Nearest Airport: 10 kilometres to airport (Sydney's Kingsford Smith International and Domestic Airport). From airport, take airport shuttle to doorOR Take train to Central Railway station and using Devonshire St exit from the station, walk through the pedestrian tunnel to the backpacker hostel.

Good: Modern, clean,friendly staff and good location.
Bad: Got no sleep as you can hear just about every footstep down the hall and everybody's door slam late at night.
Conclusion: Light sleeper need good ear plugs or worst case you can sleep ...

Hit Oxford Street, or stroll down to Chinatown to soak up the atmosphere of the night markets (Fridays in summer). Try tapas in the Spanish Quarter (Corner George and Liverpool Streets). Sip cocktails by the water at Cockle Bay.
