Day 1: An early start via the Clare Valley into the Southern Flinders Ranges. After lunch hike Dutchman's Stern for stunning views of the surrounding ranges and plains. Tonight we camp at Stony Creek .
Day 2: Head to Coober Pedy. Take a tour of a mine and check out some of the town's unique underground attractions. Tonight, sleep like the locals - underground at Umoona Opal Mine.
Day 3: We head towards Uluru with our new Desert Patrol group. Sleeping at Ayers Rock Resort Campground, we go out for our first Uluru sunset. It's awesome!
Day 4: Enjoy a walk around the base of Uluru, learning about the Aboriginal people at the Cultural Centre. After lunch, relax and soak up the magic of Uluru.
Day 5: Breakfast at Kata Tjuta (The Olgas), then hike the majestic Valley of the Winds with its incredibly ancient rock formations. Overnight is by the bar and swimming pool at Kings Creek Station.
Day 6: Walk Kings Canyon to experience the fantastic views of the gorge, huge sandstone walls and the immense canyon floor. The cool water hole in the Garden of Eden is just so special. After lunch we cruise into Alice Springs.
