YHA Sydney Central Groups

We offer a great range of both multi-share and private rooms, for groups of up to 150 people. All beds include linen. Towels are included for private rooms, and are available for hire for multi-share rooms if required.

Multi-share rooms

Groups are accommodated in comfortable 4 to 6 share rooms with communal bathrooms located on every floor. Each room is equipped with lockers and individual bedside reading lights. 

Private rooms

We have a selection of both single and twin rooms, with both private bathrooms, or shared facilities for anyone wanting to keep the budget down.

These rooms are conveniently located near to our multi-share rooms, so you can be next to the rest of your group.

Please note, there is a surcharge of $5 per person for single night stays.

Exclusive use floors

YHA Sydney Central has the option to book entire floors of our property, for the exclusive use of your group. These include a range of rooms, as well as exclusive use of all communal bathroom facilities on the floor.

This is the perfect option for any groups looking for enhanced privacy and space*.

*All rooms and shared bathrooms will be coded only to your group, so no other guests will have access to these areas. Please note, due to fire regulations, we are unable to lock the fire escapes, so cannot guarantee that other guests will not access the corridors on your floor. Feel free to speak to our staff if you have any questions or concerns around this.
