YHA Sydney Harbour Groups

We offer a great range of both multi-share and private rooms, for groups of up to 110 people. All bed linen is included. Towels are included for private rooms, and are available for hire for multi-share rooms if required.

Multi-share rooms

Groups are accommodated in comfortable 4 or 6 share rooms. Each room is equipped with lockers, individual reading lights, table and chairs. All rooms have their own ensuite bathroom.

Private rooms

We have a selection of both twin and double rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, for anyone wanting extra privacy.

These rooms are conveniently located near to our multi-share rooms, so you can be next to the rest of your group.

Please note, there is a surcharge of $5 per person for single night stays.

Groups area

YHA Sydney Harbour has a dedicated group lounge and dining area for your group to use during their stay with us. Please note these facilities are also available for other
in-house groups, and cannot be used exclusively.

All group meals are served here at the large servery area. The lounge space includes TV facilities and is perfect for group briefings or relaxing after a day’s activities.

The Big Dig Archeology Education Centre

Sydney Learning Adventures run a range of programs for school students. Find out more about Sydney Learning Adventures here.

The Big Dig Archeology Education Centre is also available for exclusive hire in the evenings and on weekends, for groups who are staying with us or purpose aligned organisations. This space is suitable for presentations, meetings, workshops or movie nights. 

The centre has two separate rooms that can each comfortably seat 40 people, theatre style. The rooms can be combined into a larger space which can seat up to 100 people, theatre style.

Each room is AV-equipped with a data-projector and sound system.
