YHA reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Best Price Guarantee at any time and without prior notice. YHA will objectively evaluate any claim received but reserves the sole right to determine the outcome of the evaluation. This includes, without limitation, determining whether the lower price is genuinely available based on the conditions outlined above. YHA's decision will be final.
If your claim is correct, YHA will refund the price difference plus a further 10% off the original booking amount within 10 working days to the credit card originally used for making the booking. Cash or credit card refunds are not available during your stay at a YHA hostel.
