  • Denmark YHA

For those that like a cosy place with an intimate feel, this is the baby of all WA hostels. A great little YHA in a great little town, where atmosphere and community comes first. The huge table in the dining room is infamous for its stimulating conversations. Stunning beaches and coastline exist alongside the huge trees and the forests of the Denmark region. An incredible area of natural beauty for swimming, surfing, bush walks and cycling.

    • Very clean hostel. Friendly welcome. Well placed is town. I wasn't a hiker this time but would be a good stop for biblumum or munabiddi trackers to stay. Highly recommend this place.

    • I had a great stay at the Blue wren. I had my dorm most days to myself. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean, and I got great advice on where to go cycling from the owner. Nice hostel, highly recommended!

    • A home away from home! Fabulous small quiet Hostel with very friendly atmosphere and great owner on site. One large dining table that conducive for getting to know other friendly travellers. Not a party hostel. Denmark is a beautiful little town and this is the perfect place to stay.

    • We arrived at 5pm to be greeted by the helpful owner, Mark. Our room was bright and airy with a sliding door out to a little balcony. It was an easy walk to the Main Street which is full of cafes and gorgeous shops. There was a shared bathroom with only 1 toilet and 1 shower, but not too busy while we were there so not a problem.

    • We had lovely stay! The place is near to William Bay. We're able to wake up early and go there to catch epic sunrise. We spotted few wild kangaroos there too. We requested for late check in after 8pm and everything went well. Wish we could have stayed longer.
