YHA Sydney Harbour NYE | Package Terms
Before booking your 2025–26 New Year’s Eve stay at YHA Sydney Harbour, please carefully review the important terms and conditions below. These include details on package access, age restrictions, accommodation requirements, and payment policies. Booking this package confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Package Inclusions & Access
- Only 200 tickets available – strictly limited.
- When you book the YHA Sydney Harbour NYE Package, your ticket to the rooftop NYE event is included.
- Access to the rooftop terrace and bar on 31st December 2025 is exclusive to NYE package guests.
- Rooftop access will close to non-NYE guests from approximately 4pm on 31st December, and reopens at 7am on 1st January 2026.
- Limited non-package accommodation (no event ticket) may become available separately.
Age Restriction - 18+ Event
- IMPORTANT: This is an 18+ event. No exceptions.
- Entry to the rooftop NYE event is strictly limited to guests aged 18 years and over.
- ID will be checked at the door.
- Guests under 18 will be refused entry – no exceptions and no refunds.
- If you book on behalf of someone under 18, the booking will be void and non-refundable.
Accommodation Conditions
- A minimum night stay applies for bookings including 29–31 December 2025.
- You cannot book accommodation if your check-in or check-out date is 31st December 2025.
Payment & Refund Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- If your payment fails or the card is declined, the booking will be cancelled.
- Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
