Your membership is now being processed. In most cases, it will appear in the YHA Explorer app within 30 minutes of applying. If we need to manually review your details, it may take up to 1–3 business days.

Log in to the YHA Explorer app or yha.com.au to access your membership and start using your benefits, including member discounts on stays, plus 10% off food and drinks at YHA cafés and bars. Book your next stay through the app to unlock even bigger savings. If you’re new, you’ll just need to set up your login - your account works across both.

You’ll also receive a confirmation email once everything is finalised (check your spam or junk folder just in case).
