Byron Bay Bluesfest - Thursday, 6th April – Monday, 10 April 2023

Australia’s premier blues and roots festival returns in 2023 for its 34th edition, pulling an audience of more than 100,000 people to Byron Bay Events Farm (formerly Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm) north of Byron for five fabulous days of live music and entertainment. At the time of writing, lineups hadn't yet been announced, but last year saw Jimmy Barnes, Paul Kelly, Midnight Oil, Fat Freddy's Drop, The Cat Empire and plenty more hit the stage. Splendour in the Grass – Friday, 22 July – Sunday, 24 July 2022

Dance away the winter blues with 30,000 of your closest mates at the biggest mid-year music festival in the country, which returns to the North Byron Parklands from July 22-24. Byron Writers Festival – Friday, 26 August – Sunday, 28 August 2022

This event is kind of like Splendour, if you swapped tunes for books and musicians for authors. Dozens of high-profile writers entertain huge crowds with conversations, panels, readings, lectures and book launches across five marquees and two conference rooms. Book lovers, welcome to paradise. Byron Bay Film Festival - Friday, 21 October – Sunday, 30 October 2022

The latest iteration of the BBFF promises to showcase outstanding up-and-coming talent with a richly diverse program of films screened at a number of boutique venues around Byron. Film buffs can view more HERE.


Byron Latin Fiesta - Thursday, 3 November – Sunday, 6 November 2022

Looking forward to its 17th instalment in 2022, this colourful celebration of dance is one of the longest-running events of its kind in Australia, with three days of dance workshops and four nights (and early mornings…) of parties! Get your groove on and read more about the event HERE


Falls Festival - Monday, 31 December 2022 – Wednesday, 2 January 2023

The iconic New Year’s festival hits up Lorne in Victoria, Marion Bay in SA, Fremantle in WA, and last but not least Byron Bay, bringing a huge line-up of artists to the North Byron Parklands to enter 2023 in style. You can catch up with everything Falls HERE.
