- Recycling stations are available in rooms and kitchens. We recycling anything from printer cartridges, paper, beer cans, plastic containers, light bulbs, old batteries, and lost property.
- Any food left after the check-out date is placed in the free food basket for other guests to use.
- Surplus food is donated to the local community.

- Water-efficient laundry practices with front loader washing machines, they save hundreds of litres each year!
