  • Crocosaurus Cove: experience the ‘Cage of Death’ a unique, up-close and personal view of Australia’s iconic Salt Water Crocodile – and get hectic photos doing it. The attraction is just a short walk from Darwin YHA and to sweeten the offering we’ve got our ‘Swim with the Crocodiles’ deal from $170pp.
  • Spectacular Jumping Croc Cruise: how would you feel about sitting on a boat and having crocodiles jumping from the water beside you?! DAREDEVILS UNITE: as food is hung over the side of the boat and the wild crocodiles swarm all around! If this tickles your fancy we highly recommend the experience.

  • Mindil Beach: visit Mindil Beach and witness one of the most breathtaking sunsets in the world. If you’re lucky enough to be around on a Thursday or Sunday afternoon be sure to grab a bite and explore the Mindil Beach sunset markets. Typically, everyone will swing by the market to pick up some quality street food, before flocking to the beach to capture that perfect ‘gram moment’.
  • Mataranka Thermal Pools: everyone will tell you to visit the Thermal Pools and they’re not wrong! The stunning thermal pools are definitely worth the drive. If a quiet and relaxing endeavour is what you’re after the exotic and naturally heated pools are quite the therapeutic experience.
