Seventy-four bands. Three days. One cracking long weekend on the Whitsunday Coast this November.
The Airlie Beach Festival of Music saunters into the Whitsundays for the fifth year in 2017, providing a relaxing weekend of live music in the tropical sunshine.
The waterfront music festival returns between Friday 10 November and Sunday 12 November, with performances at the huge marquee on the edge of the Coral Sea as well as another 16 venues around town.
The event brings 74 artists – including plenty of huge Australian and international names – to Airlie Beach, 1000km north of Brisbane on the doorstep of the beautiful Whitsunday Islands, with festivities centred on the main stage at the Whitsunday Sailing Club.
Glen Matlock from the Sex Pistols, Leo Sayer, the Baby Animals, Sneaky Sound System, Kate Ceberano, Shannon Noll and the Chantoozies headline the bumper line-up.
You can book a one-day ticket for each of the individual days or a three-day pass for the whole shebang – click here for tickets.
