Running from May 5 – 6 2018, experience the finest food and drink that the Grampians region has to offer, plus fantastic live entertainment all with a stunning mountain backdrop all at the Grampians Grape Escape (GGE).

You’ve got to pace yourself at GGE as if you go hard too early on in the day, not only will you be exhausted because there’s so much to do, but you’ll be stuffed to the brim with food while there’s so much deliciousness left to try.

So what can you do at this weekend of delectable delights? For starters, meet the producers and learn about the food and drink they produce, plus buy some of their wares before attending masterclasses and cooking demonstrations. The next time you’re hosting a dinner party, not only will all your meals will be on point because of all the nifty hints you picked up, but they’ll feature the amazing Grampians region produce you’ve just bought.

If you’ve got a Tasting Ticket, throw your hands in the air (or one hand if you’re holding a glass of wine, don’t spill the wine!) because hallelujah, you can go and try all the drink samples around the festival village with your fancy – and FREE! – GGE glass.

Feeling peckish? No worries, there are going to be a bucket load – and no, we’re not exaggerating – of food trucks with a multitude of cuisines so there’ll be something that takes your fancy. Plus while you’re busy eating, drinking and drooling at all the food, there’s going to be top notch tunes floating through the air.

And if you’ve got kids, GGE has you covered too. You can drop your kids at the Little Foodies tent where they’ll be entertained all day long with herb planting, pasta making, chef hat decorating and more. There’s also a mobile petting zoo on site with native animals and on Sunday, a rock climbing wall and Brambuk Cultural Centre hosting indigenous activities that the kids can take part in.
