‘Marvel: Creating the Cinematic Universe’ will be Australia’s first major Marvel exhibition and the largest ever to be presented in an art museum. The exhibition will follow the Marvel heroes from comic books to the cinema screen and all that’s involved in-between. Get a glimpse of the work created by production designers, storyboarding and pre-visualisation artists, costume and prop designers and visual effects artists.

See collections from both past and present Marvel Studios films including famous objects such as Thor’s Hammer, Captain America’s Shield and Iron Man’s armour. You will also be treated to 60 original costumes and over 150 props including never before seen set pieces from the upcoming Thor: Ragnorok film.

On top of all the exciting props and costumes, the 'Gallery’s Australia Cinematheque' will screen all your most loved Marvel Cinematic Universe films including Iron Man (2008) to this year's Spider-Man: Homecoming.
