Prepare to cry with laughter when the Melbourne International Comedy Festival comes to town in late March.
The Melbourne International Comedy Festival is back for another year. Comedians from all over the globe will be in Melbourne from March 28 - April 22 2018, all with the ultimate goal of making you laugh. With over 500 different shows to choose from, you'll giggle, snigger and most likely fall out of your chair with laughter.
Shows are situated around the city and surrounding suburbs. Prices vary from free, to cheap, to expensive so no matter how much cash is in your wallet (or on your card), you'll be able to see a show or two. If you're a student, utilise that student card and get concession tickets for a variety of shows - you'll see AND laugh more.
Choose from popular and well known comedians like Matt Okine, Joel Creasey and Cal Wilson, or take a chance on an unknown or upcoming comedian - you could be pleasantly surprised!
If you love the drama and glamour (or lack there of) of Eurovision, don't miss Eurowision. If you believe that somewhere on Tinder lies your true love or if you delight in a good Tinder horror story, get yourself to Tinder Tales: A New Australian Musical. There's also shows about #teacherlife, lesbians, blind dates and superheroes.
Whatever your sense of humour, there's a show for you. So don't delay, book your tickets now and prepare to have the funniest March and April of your life (so far). Check out all the shows on MICF's website today.
