RoboCup Junior WA

In the future there will be robots – and your students will be the ones to build them!

If your students are interested in robotics, engineering, electronics, computers or just figuring out how stuff works, then RoboCup Junior WA may be the competition for them!

Primary and secondary students from all across WA will be competing in the state’s largest robotics event this August at Curtin University in Perth.

Why are we telling you now when it’s all the way in August? Because 1. Building a robot takes time and 2. RoboCup Junior WA starts running events, seminars and workshops as early as February – so to ensure your students get off to the best start, start planning now.

Will your students design a robot that has personality, flair and the sweetest moves on the d-floor, soccer robots that have more talent than David Beckham’s right foot or a robot that can pull off the most dangerous and daring rescue? Only time will tell.
If your students are dedicated to the cause of robotics, sign them up today. You never know, you could end up going to the RoboCup Junior National Competition in Melbourne!
