World Science Festival, Brisbane

The global learning juggernaut returns to Queensland from 21-25 March 2018.

The World Science Festival has thrilled New Yorkers every year for a decade – and now Brisbane is preparing to enjoy a piece of the action.

Founded by respected physicist Professor Brian Greene and award-winning journalist Tracy Day, WSF touches down in the Queensland capital this March – its only destination in the Asia-Pacific.

The festival celebrates sciences across the Queensland Museum Network with a program of mind-opening conversations, hands-on workshops, engaging demonstrations and theatrical experiences that are perfect for kids.

WSF creates curriculum-based experiences for students of all ages – find out what’s on with the 2018 WSF Education Program.

More than 300,000 people attended Brisbane’s first two World Science Festivals in 2016 and 2017 – learn for yourself why it’s so popular by catching some of the jam-packed 2018 program.

Tickets go on sale in late January 2018 – don’t miss out!
